ORDERING AND DISCLAIMER
Thank you so much for interested in my art!
If you are considering placing an order, please read carefully to avoid any misunderstanding.
All sales of artwork are final. Please understand that by placing an order for artwork, you agree to the terms of sale, which are that no returns will be accepted, and no refunds will be issued.
Please let us know any and all details about what you want in your commissioned work before she starts to create it.

Ordering overview:
1. Prospective customer emails Kyoko with request for artwork (please inform us of what you want, with detailed information, photos, and specific needs).
2. Kyoko replies to prospective customer and includes any questions, along with the final price, shipping options (carrier, insurance, etc.), shipping fee(s), and shipping day estimate.
3. Prospective customer replies with intent to order, or, customer can cancel order here. If there are any changes in the requirements, please let us know at this stage before going any further.
4. Kyoko sends a payment request via email.
5. Customer pays via PayPal or Apple Pay or Zelle.
6. Once payment is confirmed, Kyoko starts work on the commissioned artwork. We cannot accept any change in the order beyond this point.
7. When artwork is finished and ready to ship, Kyoko sends customer an email with shipping information.
8. Artwork is shipped to the customer.
When you order artwork, please kindly include the following information in your email:
1. Your first name, last name, email address, phone number, and postal address. Please let us know about any special requirements for shipping (preferred carrier, delivery instructions, etc.). We recommend purchasing shipping insurance if possible.
2. A general description of what you want Kyoko to draw (e.g. your pet dog, your daughter, a cartoon character that you would like to publish, etc.).
3. Photographs, images, and/or other information that Kyoko should use as a reference.
4. Details about how you want the artwork to look (e.g. “create a soft and happy impression,” “strong contrast,” etc.).
5. Your budget (especially if you are ordering something which isn’t specified with a price on the Menu page).
6. Timeline/preferred date of delivery (please consider the time shipping would take).
Some other considerations before you order:
Reference images that you send us will be deleted or returned when Kyoko finishes your artwork. We understand the sensitive nature of these things, and we treat personal information with utmost respect for the privacy of all involved.
After you receive the artwork, it is yours. You can use it for any purpose you so choose, such as publishing, merchandise, etc., without permission from the artist. This also means that you accept responsibility for any consequences brought on by said use of the artwork.
Please also be aware that we reserve the right to turn down any request for work, for any number of reasons, as we see fit. If Kyoko decides that she cannot take on a particular job, she will promptly notify you before any work commences.

BUYER’S AGREEMENT
Seller and purchaser will come to an agreement on the price of the artwork, service, shipping, insurance, etc., and payment will be received in full before the seller starts work on said artwork or service.
RETURN POLICY
All sales are final. No returns accepted.
