This exhibition was held in a coffee shop located just steps from the main gate of Princeton University. We used all available wall space to display works created prior to 2020. The collection featured pet portraits, Japanese motifs symbolizing good fortune, and pieces promoting animal welfare. Kyoko’s well-loved artworks of Princeton’s familiar black squirrels, which she has enjoyed illustrating for many years, also received much positive feedback. The exhibition was a great success, with more than half of the artworks purchased by patrons.
